Who founded The Deer Consultancy?
Tom Cackett BSc (Hons) MSc MRICS CEnv
Tom is a rural practice Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Environmentalist (CEnv) with a wealth of experience managing rural business and Estates in the South of England.
Tom completed his DSC1 a number of years ago and went on to complete his DMQ (Deer Management Qualification).
In addition to the above Tom is on the committee for the Institute of Agricultural Management and is an expert in Organic Farming, Business Diversification and Re-wilding.
Harry Howard-Jones BSc (Hons) MSc MRICS
Harry is a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), qualifying with an MSc in Rural Land and Business Management in 2018 from the University of Reading. Harry has gone on to become a specialist in Private Estate Management working for Farms and Estates across the South East.
Harry is an experienced Deer Manager and completed his Deer Stalking Qualification 1 (DSC1) in 2020. Harry is experienced in conducting reviews of existing management arrangements, sporting agreements and advising on grant funding.
